| A Smuge of Chocolate or just Smuge, as we call him, is a sable and white American Cocker Spaniel. He is black and white with a"smuge"(smudge)of chocolate(brown) which makes him a sable. We adopted Smuge when he was about a year old from someone who was closing her kennel and selling a lot of adult dogs. Smuge has proven to be a very good stud and has made many fine looking puppies for us. Smuge loves his "good-goods"( what we call doggie treats). When he is given a dog biscuit or some other kind of treat he doesnt eat it right away, but puts it in his food bowl and "guards" it a while. He has cute ways. Smuge is a very lovable dog and loves petting and attention of any kind. Smuge started slowing down as a stud dog so we "retired" him. He was adopted by a nice lady who wanted a companion for her girl who looks just like him. He is happy with his new home and his new job of just being a "lovable pet." |
